1. Booking Policy

• A valid government-issued ID is required during check-in.
• Guests must provide accurate personal and payment information when booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
• Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other available payment methods.
• Additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled before check-out.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking plan.
• Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
• No-show reservations may be charged according to the booking policy.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of hotel property.
• Any damage caused to hotel property may result in additional charges.
• Illegal activities, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

6. Children Policy

• Children staying with parents may be accommodated according to the hotel's occupancy policy.
• Additional bedding or extra guests may attract additional charges.

7. Pets

Pets are permitted only if specifically mentioned under the selected room policy. Otherwise, pets are not allowed.

8. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes or designated security facilities where available.
